On-Call Rotations Required Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, anesthesia administration, continuous monitoring, and collaboration with the surgical care team. The position offers a Monday-Friday day schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week and required on-call rotations. Duties Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluate patients for anesthesia readiness. Develop and administer appropriate anesthesia plans based on patient condition and procedure. Monitor patients throughout anesthesia and surgical procedures. Manage airway, ventilation, hemodynamic status, and other vital functions. Provide appropriate post-anesthesia care and monitor patient recovery. Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and anesthesia-related emergencies. Participate in required on-call rotations. Requirements Current CRNA qualification/certification required. Appropriate state licensure required. Ability to work Monday-Friday day shifts. Must be available for required on-call rotations. Strong clinical assessment, anesthesia management, and patient-care skills.Pay:
