Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical and procedural cases. This role offers a dynamic and autonomous practice environment where CRNAs are valued as integral members of the anesthesia care team. Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluations, develop anesthesia care plans, and administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. Monitor patients throughout anesthesia administration, ensuring optimal safety and comfort. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. Manage post-anesthesia recovery, including pain management and patient education. Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia documentation in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Adhere to best practices and hospital protocols to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Current RN and APRN licenses in the state of Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain). Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program. BLS and ACLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire). Experience in a hospital or surgical center setting is preferred but not required—new graduates are encouraged to apply. Why Join Us? Compensation Range:
$290,000
•$290,000 This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
