• Active ed Nurse (RN) license and eligibility for Maryland RN licensure
• Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current CRNA certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists
• At least 1 year of CRNA experience
• Board certification required
• Ability to work scheduled shift times and complete full assigned coverageResponsibilities
• Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and verify patient readiness
• Obtain and/or verify informed consent
• Discuss anesthetic options, risks, and care plans with patients
• Induce, maintain, and emerge patients from anesthesia safely
• Monitor physiological status throughout the anesthesia process
• Provide clinical intervention as needed to support optimal patient outcomes
