Job Description
Meritus Medical Center, in partnership with Anesthesia Management Solutions (AMS), is seeking CRNAs to join our expanding 1099 PRN provider team in Hagerstown, Maryland. Our fully staffed anesthesia team is expanding coverage opportunities across both Meritus Medical Center and our growing ASC network. Whether you want consistent supplemental work or occasional shifts around another position or personal schedule, our PRN model is designed to provide flexibility. There is no minimum monthly shift requirement to join or remain part of our PRN team. Work as much or as little as your schedule allows. 1099 PRN Compensation Weekdays, 7:00 AM-7:00

Established Anesthesia Leadership & Culture Our hospital anesthesia team is led by Anesthesia Department Chair Dr. Matthew Radimer, with Erica Itnyre serving as Chief CRNA and James Roupe serving as Vice Chief CRNA. The leadership team is focused on maintaining a collaborative, provider-centered culture while expanding anesthesia coverage to support continued surgical and procedural growth. CRNAs are an integral part of the clinical team and have opportunities to maintain and expand skills in: Regional blocks Spinals Epidurals About Meritus Medical Center Meritus Medical Center is a 300+ bed Level III Trauma Center serving Western Maryland and the surrounding region.The hospital offers:
Advanced, state-of-the-art anesthesia technology New anesthesia machines EPIC electronic medical record EPIC training for incoming providers Streamlined credentialing, typically approximately 30-60 days A broad hospital-based surgical and procedural case mix Diverse Case Mix PRN CRNAs may participate in cases including: Orthopedics General Surgery Vascular Surgery Urology GI/Endoscopy Cath Lab OB/GYN Podiatry Neurosurgery Ophthalmology Additional hospital-based surgical and procedural cases appropriate to the CRNA scope of practice Meritus supports more than 2,200 births annually, providing substantial obstetric anesthesia experience and opportunities for epidurals, spinals, and other obstetric anesthesia care. Hospital + Three ASC Locations Our PRN opportunities extend beyond the hospital. Meritus and AMS are expanding anesthesia coverage across three ASC locations: C.P. Choudari Surgery Center- Multispecialty ambulatory surgery center offering a diverse range of outpatient surgical cases Meritus Robinwood Endoscopy Center
