Our facility specializes primarily in pain management and orthopedic/spine procedures . We are looking for an anesthesia provider who is clinically strong, professional, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient surgical environment. Position Responsibilities The CRNA will be responsible for providing safe, efficient anesthesia care throughout the perioperative period, including: Performing pre-anesthesia patient assessments Developing and implementing appropriate anesthesia plans Providing and monitoring Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) Providing and managing General Anesthesia Monitoring patients throughout procedures and responding appropriately to changes in patient condition Managing airways and anesthesia-related emergencies when necessary Providing appropriate post-anesthesia evaluation and handoff Completing required anesthesia documentation accurately and timely Working collaboratively with surgeons, nursing staff, and other members of the surgical team Maintaining compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory and patient-safety standards Schedule This is a daytime ambulatory surgery center position . Daily start times vary depending on the surgical schedule and typically begin between 6:00 AM and 7:30 AM . End times vary based on the day's caseload and completion of scheduled procedures. Candidates must have the flexibility to accommodate variations in the daily surgical schedule. Requirements Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the state of practice. Demonstrated critical care experience in settings such as ICU or hospital operating rooms. Extensive knowledge of anesthesiology practices including general anesthesia, MAC, pain management, and perioperative care. Proficiency in airway management techniques, airway equipment operation, and emergency response procedures such as cardiac arrest or respiratory emergencies. Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and nursing procedure compliance necessary for safe patient care delivery. Experience with EMR/EHR systems; familiarity with medical documentation standards is essential. Ability to respond effectively to cardiovascular emergencies and perform patient resuscitation when needed. Knowledge of healthcare infection prevention practices and adherence to state Nursing Practice Acts along with hospital policies. Excellent patient assessment skills combined with the ability to monitor vital signs and implement patient safety measures diligently Be competent and experienced in both MAC and General Anesthesia Be comfortable caring for patients undergoing pain management and orthopedic/spine procedures Maintain all required certifications and credentials for the position Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, patients, and other members of the surgical team Be professional, punctual, and highly dependable Dependability is a critical requirement of this position.
