$40,000 Benefits include: Family-forming benefits (paid parental leave, adoption support, fertility services) Medical, dental, vision coverage Retirement plan with 3.5% employer match Paid time off and other employee perks What You'll Do Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans Administer anesthesia via general, regional, or monitored techniques in collaboration with surgical teams Monitor patient status throughout procedures and manage potential anesthesia-related issues Provide post-operative pain management and recovery care Maintain accurate documentation consistent with hospital and regulatory standards Manage airway and provide anesthesia services for patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed within the facility network What You Need Valid Michigan license and NBCRNA certification (no lapse or recent certification reactivation needed) Minimum 2+ years of anesthesia experience in a surgical setting Strong assessment, anesthesia administration, and airway management skills Ability to work well within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team
