$40,000 Sign-On Bonus Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Retirement Plan Options Paid Time Off and Holidays CME Allowance with dedicated CME time Malpractice Insurance Coverage Full reimbursement for approved interview expenses What You'll Do Provide anesthesia services for diverse surgical cases in a Level I Trauma Center Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and patient evaluations Administer anesthesia and closely monitor patients intraoperatively Support post-anesthesia care and pain management protocols Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgical teams, and perioperative staff Respond promptly within 1 hour when on-call, providing services as needed Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR and comply with credentialing standards Support staffing demands due to ongoing staffing shortages What You Need Active Michigan Nurse License & NBCRNA Certification (must be current, not lapsed)ACLS & BLS
