Job Description
Outstanding full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist opportunity within a highly collegial private practice anesthesia group. This position features increased compensation, exceptional schedule flexibility, and a supportive team environment. Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Practice Environment This role is with a private anesthesia group providing services the hospital. The group includes approximately 20 CRNAs and is known for its collaborative culture and flexible staffing model. CRNAs are anesthesia group employees and practice in a resident-supported environment. Case Mix & Anesthesia Scope Vascular anesthesia cases Obstetrics with resident involvement Healthy pediatric ENT and dental cases Spinal anesthesia No cardiac anesthesia No thoracotomies Pediatric cases supported through collaboration with Mott anesthesiology Schedule & Workload Full-time W-2 position Flexible self-scheduling model Shift options include 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours Schedule varies week to week based on coverage needs No first or second call responsibilities Overtime paid at time-and-a-half for hours over 40 Clinical Responsibilities Delivery of anesthesia care across assigned surgical services Collaboration with anesthesiologists, residents, and CRNA colleagues Preoperative assessment and intraoperative management Post-anesthesia care and patient handoff Compensation & Employment Structure Employment model: W-2 Highly competitive increased compensation rate Sign-on bonus available with optional monthly stipend Full benefits package Paid medical malpractice insurance Candidate Requirements Active Michigan CRNA license required NBCRNA certification required New graduates welcome to apply Comfort with vascular and obstetric anesthesia APPLY NOW or TEXT Job and email address to 636 - 628 - 2412.
