• Local Team Collaboration:
• + Join a close-knit collaborative team of 27 CRNAs and 10 physicians delivering top-tier anesthesia care. + You'll be supported by a Chief CRNA and Chief MD, who foster a culture of mutual respect, professional development, and teamwork. + CRNAs practice at the top of their license, integral in managing diverse and complex cases. + No call, no weekends.
• Scheduling:
• + Collaborative On-Call Model + The dedicated CRNA team has the ability to work 8,10, and 12-hour shifts. + Team members work together to optimize patient care, provide seamless handoffs, and support one another during high-acuity cases. + Flexible scheduling allows CRNAs to easily trade shifts, promoting work-life balance while maintaining exceptional patient care.

• In this CRNA role, you'll be an integral part of a team handling a broad range of cases, including: + Trauma + Blunt + Penetrating + General Surgery + Neurosurgery + Orthopedics + Burns + OB/GYN

• Compensation and Additional Benefits:
