The Role:
Location:
Greensboro, NC Assignment duration: Start 10/12/2026 and end 04/12/2027 (182 days) CRNA License is required.
Shift Type:
Day coverage; scheduling available for full-time and part-time providers (including 2 weeks/month or 2 shifts/week options)
Shift Details:
Day shifts; schedule examples include early morning starts (7A) with variable end times
Float Required:
Yes — providers must be able to float among regional sites (main location designated for primary coverage) No new graduates; 1-2 years minimum experience required
Cases:
General, Ortho, GYN, ENT/Eyes, Vascular, Thoracic, Cardiac, Neuro, Trauma; multiple NORA locations (IR, EP, Endo, MRI)
EMR:
Epic Special Equipment:
Dräger anesthesia machines; Philips monitoring Preferred skills: hearts/vascular, neuro, pediatrics (hearts & lungs not required at main site)
Number of ORs:
~20; NORA locations: ~5 Are MDs supervising
CRNAs:
Yes CRNA to MD ratio: 4 to 1 Are MDs doing their own cases: No Willing to accept candidates that need to obtain state license: Yes (will consider Compact licensing)
Credentialing:
60-90 days Coverage needed per month: Approximately 4-5 shifts Patients per day: 60+ cases per day Certifications required:
ACLS & PALS
Overtime:
1.5x normal rate after shift worked; OT hours not guaranteed and scheduled OT shifts may be cancelled
Holiday Pay:
1.5x normal rate on major holidays
