~$200/hour, commensurate with experience and reliability About the Opportunity We're seeking a CRNA to provide anesthesia services for our outpatient ophthalmic surgery center on a recurring, part-time basis. This is a predictable, low-stress schedule ideal for a CRNA looking to supplement their income, transition toward retirement, or simply avoid the unpredictability of hospital-based or call-heavy anesthesia work. Schedule Highlights ~4 surgery days per month (recurring, set in advance) 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM — consistent start and end times 15-20 cataract cases per day — routine, elective, low-acuity No nights. No weekends. No call. 100% elective outpatient cases — no emergencies, no trauma Regular, dependable recurring schedule set well in advance What You'll Be Doing Providing MAC (monitored anesthesia care) for routine cataract surgeries Working alongside an experienced ophthalmic surgical team in an efficient, high-volume outpatient setting What We're Looking For Active CRNA certification and state licensure in good standing Experience with MAC/regional anesthesia in an outpatient or ASC setting (ophthalmic experience a plus, not required) Reliable availability for a recurring monthly schedule Strong communication skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical day Compensation & Terms Target rate: ~$200/hour , based on experience and demonstrated reliability Engaged as an independent contractor (1099) for scheduled surgery days Must be insured Why This Role If you're a CRNA who wants excellent, predictable hours without sacrificing meaningful clinical work, this role offers a rare combination: steady recurring income, routine low-risk cases, and a schedule that respects your time outside of work.
