Job Description
Description This on-site, contract position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality anesthesia care and support in a vibrant healthcare environment. As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in the anesthesiology department, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout various surgical procedures. Collaborating closely with surgeons and medical staff, you'll deliver expert anesthesia services while adhering to best practices and clinical protocols. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes during surgery Collaborate with surgical teams to develop anesthesia plans Assess patients' medical histories and evaluate anesthesia risks Provide postoperative care and pain management Maintain records of patients' anesthesia care and outcomes Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards Mentor and guide junior anesthesia staff as needed Requirements Associate's degree in Nursing or related field Current certification as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Experience in administering anesthesia in a clinical or surgical setting Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and medications Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Current BLS and ACLS certifications
