Job Description

Overview Bassett Healthcare Network , a progressive, academic health system in central New York and a major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, is seeking a full-time CRNA's in the Department of Anesthesiology.
Salary Range:
$260,000 - $290,000
Sign-on Bonus:
up to $85,000
SRNA Training Stipend:
Up to $130,000
Location:
Cooperstown, NY Job Description & Responsibilities Academic Excellence :
Join Bassett Healthcare Network, a progressive academic health system and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons.
Collaborative Practice :
Join an established, stable, hospital employed team of 13 physicians and 25 CRNAs in a supportive medical direction model.
Diverse & High-Quality Care:
Provide full-spectrum anesthesia services to a diverse patient population with a strong focus on safety and quality (staffing ratios 1:2 / 1:3). Collaborative Anesthesia Care Team is predominate model with CRNAs encouraged to be part of full spectrum of care including neuraxial, regional and invasive line placement

Flexible Locations:
Practice across Cooperstown, Oneonta, Cobleskill, and Little Falls, with flexibility for CRNA's living in Albany, Binghamton, Utica, or Syracuse.
Requirements Job Qualifications NBCRNA Certification New York State Licensure BLS, ACLS or PALS Certification Required Benefits Compensation Salary Range:
$260,000- $290,000 This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare's good faith belief of the compensation rate at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $85,000
SRNA Training Stipend:
Up to $130,000 Additional Benefits CME time and allowance Paid time off, including vacation, company holidays, and sick time Malpractice coverage
