This position offers the opportunity to work a flexible schedule while providing anesthesia services for a diverse patient population. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care and will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of skilled professionals. Responsibilities Work a 4-10 (40 hr clinical) schedule and oversee the staff CRNAs that WCS Healthcare Partners is also in the process of hiring Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of patients and procedures. Perform preoperative assessments and develop anesthesia care plans. Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care as appropriate. Continuously monitor patients' physiological status throughout procedures. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and perioperative teams. Participate in a culture focused on safety, quality improvement, and patient-centered care. Leadership responsibilities will include managing CRNA staff and conducting reviews/evaluations, scheduling, and interviewing new staff - this includes a $60K annual stipend Requirements Leadership skills required BC with a NY license and no credentialing issues Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia education program.
