Job Description

Join an anesthesia team recognized as one of the best places to work in the state, two years running. If you want pediatric and neonatal anesthesia experience without the burnout of call, weekends, or holidays, this role was built for you. A nationally recognized pediatric hospital system with a state-of-the-art Anesthesia Department, home to a Level 1 Trauma Center and a high-volume surgical program (13,000 OR cases annually across 15 operating rooms plus imaging and IR coverage). As a CRNA, you'll work under the supervision of a Pediatric Anesthesiologist to develop and implement anesthesia care plans, including induction, maintenance, and emergence, based on pre-operative assessments. You'll care for neonatal and pediatric patients and their families, bringing advanced clinical expertise and critical thinking to every case. Average of 1 to 15 surgical cases per day, no pain management cases.
Schedule:
8 or 10 hour shifts, 0700-1530 or 0700-1730. No call, no holidays, no weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
$250,000 to $290,000/year based on experience Sign-on bonus based on commitment Potential yearly incentive bonus
CME/PTO:
291 hours (0-5 years experience) or 331 hours (5+ years) CME allowance: $3,500 annually 401k with match, mega backdoor Roth option, deferred compensation plan Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Qualifications:
BSN Graduate of an AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA) Ohio licensure PALS certification Strong communication and customer service skills 1 to 3 years neonatal and/or pediatric experience preferred
