Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:

$16.75/hour (plus competitive salary once transitioned to perm)

Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements Robust referral bonus program 24/7 dedicated team support throughout your assignment What You'll Do Collaborate with pediatric anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans Deliver anesthesia induction, maintenance, and emergence for neonatal and pediatric surgical cases Support a Level 1 Trauma Center with 11 ORs and up to 15 surgical cases daily Participate in pain management procedures as needed Ensure patient safety and comfort during anesthesia procedures Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards What You Need Active Ohio RN Licensure and CRNA certification PALS and BLS certifications 0-2 years of neonatal and/or pediatric anesthesia experience (preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment About the Assignment This position is based at a leading facility in Dayton, Ohio, renowned for its pediatric healthcare excellence and commitment to staff development.
