Open to new grads and experienced providers Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Competitive hourly rates and stipends (see details below) Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance Malpractice coverage 403(b) Tax Deferred Annuity with 4% match (second year) Paid holidays and birthday pay Generous PTO, vacation, and sick leave options Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be discussed What You'll Do Provide anesthesia care in a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team across multiple hospital and surgical settings Manage anesthesia plans for diverse case types, including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, urology, gynecology, and minimal pediatric cases Support regional blocks and pediatric anesthesia, depending on experience Function as part of a team of 7 physicians and 18 CRNAs, practicing in an environment that values mentorship and professional growth Contribute to a care team with equitable call schedules and supportive work environment What You Need Valid Ohio CRNA license and current certification (Board Certified) Experience in perioperative anesthesia (new grads considered) Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and varied case types About the Assignment Join a well-established healthcare organization serving patients in the Findlay area.
