Compensation:
Base salary of $300,000/year (up to $500,000 with productivity bonus) Additional bonuses: $50,000 signing bonus, potential wRVU bonus
Relocation & Loan Repayment:
Up to $10,000 relocation assistance; options for loan repayment assistance
Continuing Education:
$5,000 annually for CME and certification
Paid Time Off:
248 hours (vacation, holidays, CME)

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive outpatient rheumatology care in a modern, well-equipped outpatient setting Manage your own patient panel, selecting patient types and age groups Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across specialties Participate in weekly CME sessions and Mayo Clinic programs Utilize Cerner EMR for patient documentation Leverage Mayo Clinic resources including eConsults, eBoards, and AskMayoExpert Enjoy practice autonomy and influence clinic operations Optional teaching for medical students and APP trainees Support inpatient needs with in-house hospitalist team when necessary
What You Need:
Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one MD or DO degree, Board Certified or eligible in Rheumatology 2+ years outpatient rheumatology experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills About the
