Develop and implement anesthesia plans in collaboration with anesthesiologists and proceduralists. Administer anesthesia in accordance with established clinical privileges and regulatory standards. Select, apply, and manage appropriate invasive and noninvasive monitoring techniques. Administer medications, adjunct drugs, blood products, and fluids necessary for anesthetic management. Manage patient airway, ventilation, and pulmonary status. Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure continuity of care.
