Must have OH license.

Schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 10's. No call or weekends.

Cases:

urology, general, ortho, endo, ENT CRNAs are supervised.

Credentialing:

30 to 60 days.

EMR:

EPIC $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. $Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
