We're looking for a CRNA to provide sedation for our implant and All-on-X surgical cases — typically 15-20 hours a week, with a predictable schedule. This isn't a hospital OR role: no call, no nights, no weekends, no complex airway or trauma cases. It's office-based IV sedation for elective dental implant surgery, working alongside a single surgeon and a consistent surgical team. Duties Administer IV sedation/general anesthesia for dental implant and All-on-X surgical procedures. Conduct preoperative assessments — medical history, airway evaluation, vitals — to confirm patients are appropriate candidates for office-based sedation. Monitor patients continuously throughout the procedure using standard anesthesia monitoring equipment. Manage recovery through discharge, following standard post-sedation protocols. Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in compliance with Oregon Board of Nursing and HIPAA requirements. Coordinate with Dr. Marina and the surgical team on case scheduling and patient-specific sedation planning. Skills Active Oregon CRNA license in good standing, with current

ACLS/PALS

certification. Solid experience in IV sedation and airway management for elective procedures. Comfortable working independently in an office-based setting, without a full hospital anesthesia team behind you. Familiarity with oral/maxillofacial or dental sedation cases is a plus but not required — we'll get you up to speed on our protocols.
