Conduct comprehensive preoperative patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history review, and physiology evaluation to develop personalized anesthesia plans. Monitor patients continuously during procedures using advanced medical equipment and EHR systems to ensure stability and safety. Manage airway maintenance and ventilation strategies during anesthesia, responding swiftly to airway management challenges or respiratory emergencies. Respond effectively to cardiovascular emergencies such as cardiac arrest or arrhythmias by implementing advanced resuscitation protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate perioperative care, pain management, and post-anesthesia recovery processes. Ensure strict compliance with nursing policies, HIPAA regulations, and hospital safety standards while maintaining accurate medical documentation and medication administration records. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the state of practice and 5 years experience as a CRNA Must be comfortable working independently, in collaboration with operating surgeon. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, medical terminology, and pharmacology related to anesthesia practice. Experience with airway management tools and medical equipment operation essential for patient monitoring and safety measures implementation. Ability to respond swiftly to medical emergencies like cardiac arrest or airway compromise while adhering to healthcare infection prevention protocols.
