Description This contract position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with a diverse range of patients in a fast-paced medical practice environment. As a Locum CRNA, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia care in various surgical settings. In this role, you will collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. You will be responsible for administering anesthesia, monitoring patient vital signs, and providing perioperative care. Responsibilities Administer anesthesia to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic levels as required Assist in the comprehensive assessment and management of patients Collaborate effectively with surgical teams to prepare for procedures Provide patient education regarding anesthesia process and safety Maintain accurate records of anesthesia care and patient outcomes Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and training activities Requirements Associate degree in Nursing; BSN preferred Current CRNA certification and active nursing license Experience in anesthesiology within a clinical setting Strong knowledge of anesthetic techniques and patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
