Role:

Certified Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Registered Nurse (RN) providing anesthesia care across various patient acuity levels and settings.

Responsibilities:

Perform pre-operative patient assessments and develop plans of care. Establish and maintain venous access and airway management. Induce, maintain, and monitor anesthesia; ensure safe emergence. Transfer care post-procedure and conduct post-operative follow-up. Serve as a clinical instructor for anesthesia students.

Qualifications & Skills:

Active licensure as a CRNA or RN in the practice state. Board certification by the NBCRNA for CRNAs. Ability to communicate effectively, visualize clearly, and work collaboratively. Commitment to safety, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory standards.
