• 1099 or W2 positions available for full-time or part time CRNAs
• Plastics, ortho, gender, spine, ophtho, general, podiatry, GI, urology, ENT, pain, and rarely pediatrics
• No nights, no weekends, no call, paid holidays
• Typically 30-35hrs/week
• Healthcare benefits package options…including dental, vision, HSA
• 401k 10% contribution for W2 employees
• $5,000 retention bonus + 5 PTO bonus every 5 years of service
• Annual profit sharing bonus at year end for W2 employees
