Vigilant Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join a collaborative and highly respected medical team. This is a locum opportunity in Frisco, Texas, offering a predictable weekday schedule with no weekends or call responsibilities. You will provide anesthesia services across orthopedic, general, neurological, and gynecological procedures while working with a dedicated perioperative team committed to clinical excellence and patient safety. What You'll Do Administer anesthesia for orthopedic, general, neurological, and gynecological procedures Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia evaluations Develop and carry out individualized anesthesia care plans Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period and respond to changes in clinical condition Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nurses, and recovery staff What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program Current CRNA certification Active Texas RN and APRN licensure, or eligibility to obtain Current BLS and ACLS certifications Experience with orthopedic, neurological, general, or gynecological cases preferred Schedule & Coverage Four 10-hour shifts per week Weekday coverage No weekends No call Caseload includes orthopedics, general surgery, neurological procedures, and gynecology
