The facility maintains established clinical protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery across its surgical service lines. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought beginning December 1 on an ongoing basis. About the Facility Location Killeen, Texas offers a range of recreational and entertainment options suited to diverse interests. The city maintains an extensive parks and recreation program, and Stonetree Golf Club provides a course set over rolling terrain with trees and small lakes. An aquatics park and local theater provide additional leisure options, and nearby cities such as Belton, Copperas Cove, and Gatesville offer further destinations within a reasonable distance for clinicians on assignment. About the Clinician's Workday Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services during day shifts at an operating room facility in Killeen, Texas, working Monday through Friday on 5x8-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM on a waterfall/release-order schedule, with cases typically concluding by 7:00 PM. The surgical case mix includes OB, endoscopy, orthopedic, general surgery, ENT, pediatric, and ophthalmology procedures. Call coverage is negotiable and structured as pager call from home with a 30-minute callback radius; one CRNA is on call with MD backup, and call rooms are available for clinicians outside the radius. Clinicians average approximately 3-6 call shifts per month and every 6th to 8th weekend, with a post-call day off guaranteed.
