Implement pain management strategies tailored to individual patient needs, including medication administration and regional anesthesia techniques. Maintain strict compliance with nursing procedures, HIPAA regulations, hospital policies, and state Nursing Practice Acts while documenting all medical procedures accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate perioperative care plans that prioritize patient safety measures and infection prevention protocols. Qualifications Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with current licensure in the state of practice.
