Qualifications:
Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with all levels of the organization. Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university and successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia Program required. Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the
AANA/NBCRNA
required. Active licensure with current
ACLS, BLS
certification required.
Responsibilities:
Oversee scheduling and maintain efficient perioperative workflow. Collaborate with leadership to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment. Oversee recruitment efforts for quality APPs in collaboration with recruitment teams. Supervise and evaluate staff APPs and SRNAs, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
