This opportunity offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and a diverse case mix in a supportive 1:4 care team model. Position Highlights Hospital & Ambulatory Surgery Center Setting Flexible schedule options: 4 x 10-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) 5 x 10-hour shifts 3 x 12-hour shifts 4 x 12-hour shifts Monday-Friday coverage No Call No Weekends Full-time coverage preferred; providers available 2-3 weeks per month will be considered. Practice Details Collaborative 1:4 care team model with anesthesiologist support Adult patient population No cardiac anesthesia cases Daily Electrophysiology (EP) coverage Limited OB exposure with potential for future expansion Case volume varies from approximately 2 complex procedures to 15 endoscopy cases per day Case Mix General Surgery Orthopedics Endoscopy Electrophysiology (EP) Limited Obstetrics Responsibilities Administer anesthesia for surgical and procedural cases. Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop anesthesia care plans. Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia care. Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and perioperative staff to ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Complete accurate documentation using Epic EMR. Qualifications NBCRNA Certified Active Virginia license or eligible for licensure Minimum of 3-5 years of CRNA experience Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA required) Strong general anesthesia skills Spinal and epidural anesthesia experience preferred
