Type of procedure locum will be required to perform: Regional and General; blocks are helpful but not required. Spinal anesthetics is required. Ortho, Spine, Gen (include robotic), GYN, Uro, Eyes, GI, and ENT required. Peripheral nerve blocks would be helpful but not required. Must do spinal anesthetics.

Dates:

Facility needs coverage from December 1, 2026 until mid to late January 2027. After January , the schedule is not yet final but there will be coverage need. 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Douglas, Wyoming. 5,500 annual ED visits and 250 deliveries/year.

Active WY State License or IMLC.

• Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges, PALS-AHA issued, ATLS-AHA issued.

We are in the process of adding an ED (expected annual volumes 12,500).
