7-10 Type of procedure locum will be required to perform: Local and General; blocks and epidurals are required Will the locum be working under supervision or independently? APPs are LIPs in the state of Wyoming Will there be an Anesthesiology Physician on site all the time? No Will they be working SOLO? Rarely, but yes if they are on call. How many Physicians and CRNA are there? We usually have 3-4 anesthesia providers (CRNAs and/or MDA/DOA) per day. What type of surgeries will be expected to be performed at this facility: Yes or No 1. Dates:
Facility needs coverage from December 1, 2026 until mid to late January 2027. After January , the schedule is not yet final but there will be coverage need. 25-bed Critical Access Hospital in Douglas, Wyoming. 5,500 annual ED visits and 250 deliveries/year.Specialties include:
OB/GYN, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, GI, Neurosurgery, ENT, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, Pain, Bariatrics, and General Surgery. ADC 10.Trauma Level:
III Candidate Requirements:
Active WY State License or IMLC.Certifications:
ACLS- Required if requesting conscious sedation privileges, PALS-AHA issued, ATLS-AHA issued.
