Join our team at Integrated Behavioral Health's new primary care clinic, Integrated Medical Health (IMH)! We realize that the strength of our practice is our exceptional staff. We are currently looking for an experienced, compassionate, and career-oriented Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) in Albertville, AL. We cannot hire PAs, PMHNPs, or AGACNPs for this position. Nurse Practitioner Job Description Our Nurse Practitioners work in collaboration with IMH providers to provide urgent and primary care at our outpatient clinic for patients of all ages. The successful candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team with our other staff members, medical assistants, and physicians. Nurse Practitioner Salary and Benefits Salary starting at $95,000/year Malpractice insurance provided Health Insurance premiums are shared by IBH Short Term Disability provided Long Term Disability provided Life insurance provided Continuing Medical Education, including $500 for fees paid License fees paid up to $500 annually 200 hours of vacation, which includes holidays 401K Employer plan Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients Initiate and document appropriate interventions Evaluate and record patient/family response and prescribe therapies as indicated Assess patient/family needs and provide education Incorporate the developing knowledge of evidence-based research into clinical practice Develop knowledge of reimbursement procedures and documentation requirements Complete medical record documentation in a timely fashion Nurse Practitioner Position Requirements Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program for nursing education and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program RN state license and current registration with the State Board of Nursing in practicing state Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN. Computer skills, including use of e-mail and Microsoft office word and excel Excellent verbal and written skills Ability to meet deadlines, and use time effectively and efficiently Effectively copes with change and uncertainty Action oriented and sees challenges as opportunities
