Symbol Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated, experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive primary care and disease management to employees and their families at an employer-sponsored onsite clinic. Position is full-time, 3 days per week. No nights or weekends!

Responsibilities:

Perform exams, diagnose and develop a treatment plan according to statutory limitations. Order lab testing, dispense pre-packaged generic, non-controlled, medications and make referrals when needed. Supervise ancillary staff, and implement protocols within the scope of expertise and available equipment

Requirements:

Active and unencumbered State of Alabama PA or CRNP license Current National Board Certification At least 3 years' experience, in primary care preferred Comfortable caring for patient's age 2 yrs and above
