Acts as collaborative member of the clinic in providing continuity and quality patient care. The Nurse Practitioner will work interdependently with physician(s) and other members of the health care team to provide preventive, diagnostic, therapeutic, maintenance and rehabilitative health care; independently participate in the delivery of optimal patient care within the scope of individual authority granted by the Alabama State Board of Medical Examiners. Qualifications Accredited by Nurse Practitioner Program. Current License in Alabama. Previous experience in physician office setting is preferred but not required. CPR and first-aid certified. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills and be able to adapt to emergency situations quickly.
