Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on quality care and patient satisfaction
  • Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic tests
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Perform procedures such as splinting, I&D and laceration repair
Skills:
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
  • Knowledge of aseptic technique for sterile procedures such as laceration repair
Requirements:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in the state of Alabama
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
