What We're Looking For:

Active Alabama CRNP approval and current certification Current RN license in good standing Appropriate collaborative practice eligibility/arrangements in Alabama Primary care experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within scope of practice Ability to order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing Excellent documentation and medical record skills Strong communication and patient-care skills Dependable, professional, and team-oriented Willingness to follow Family First Medicine clinical protocols, policies, and procedures Ability to work independently while knowing when physician consultation is appropriate

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Providing comprehensive primary care to patients Evaluating and managing acute and chronic medical conditions Reviewing laboratory and diagnostic results Prescribing and managing medications within scope and protocol Providing patient education and preventative care Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and collaborating providers Following established diagnostic, treatment, documentation, and safety protocols
