Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide treatment and services to patients to treat Chronic Venous Insufficiency. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and medical histories
  • Diagnose and treat chronic venous insufficiency
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Prescribe medications and treatments
  • Provide counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Adhere to professional standards and legal regulations
Qualifications:
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner license in [state]
  • Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in [specialty]
  • Minimum [number] years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Proficiency in ICD-10 coding standards

Candidate would be expected to travel to each of the four locations in a week. Mileage reimbursements will be provided.
