Full-Time Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner - Outpatient Neurology Position Summary Tri-State Neurology is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a full-time outpatient neurology position. The provider will primarily see established neurology patients for follow-up visits . This role focuses on ongoing care, monitoring known neurological conditions, reviewing treatment response, managing medications within established treatment plans, providing patient education, and coordinating care as needed. The PA/NP will work closely with the neurologist and clinical team. Any new, complex, or worsening conditions will be reviewed with or referred to the neurologist.

Outpatient Neurology Clinic Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM-5:00
PM Friday:
8:00 AM-2:00
PM Patient Type:
Established Neurology follow-up patients Key Responsibilities See established neurology patients for follow-up visits Review symptoms, history, treatment response, and medications Perform focused neurological exams as appropriate Monitor patient progress and identify changes needing physician input Manage and renew medications within established treatment plans Reinforce neurologist treatment recommendations Provide patient and family education on conditions and care plans Communicate important changes to the neurologist Maintain accurate and timely medical records Ensure patient confidentiality and professional standards Support continuity of care through team communication Scope of Practice This role is focused on follow-up care for established neurology patients only . The PA/NP will work within clinic protocols and in collaboration with the neurologist. New, complex, or worsening conditions will be reviewed with the physician. The provider is not expected to independently diagnose or manage new neurological conditions.
Compensation Salary:
$140,000-$160,000 (based on experience)
Benefits Paid Vacation:
2 weeks (10 days) per year
