What You'll Do:

You'll be the bridge between our physicians and patients, playing a hands-on role in comprehensive care.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting physical exams, taking medical histories, and managing both acute and chronic conditions Assisting in procedures, administering medications and injections, and performing wound suturing Triaging patient concerns and managing clinical follow-ups Participating in hospital rounds and taking after-hours/weekend call rotation Educating patients and families, ensuring clarity and comfort throughout the care journey Collaborating with our integrated care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care

Where You'll Work:

Physical & Emotional Demands:

Mobility required for sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting during patient interaction Ability to assist in patient transfers and respond calmly in high-pressure situations Capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree and graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or RNFA program Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona and national certification (RNFA) Board Certification, DEA license, and current CPR certification At least 1 year of NP experience in a hospital, pain clinic, or PM&R clinic Experience in neurosurgery is highly preferred
