Job Description

About the Role Credible Staffing LLC is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner to provide clinical services at Pinal County Public Health Service District (PCPHSD) clinic locations across the greater Phoenix Metro and Pinal County area. This is a contract placement supporting public health reproductive and wellness programs. Responsibilities Provide primary medical care in reproductive health including prevention, wellness, and patient education Perform gynecologic, physical, breast, and pelvic exams; manage contraception; insert and remove IUDs and implants Conduct reproductive health testing including cervical cancer screening, STI testing (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV), and vaginitis evaluation Interpret lab and diagnostic results; diagnose pathological and infective conditions Issue referrals for Colposcopy, Biopsy, and Cryotherapy as clinically indicated Administer immunizations per ACIP schedule including influenza and
COVID-19
Provide health education and counseling on family planning, women's health, domestic violence, substance abuse prevention, and lifestyle behaviors Provide on-call telephone consultation for emergency contraception and birth control refills Issue mental health referrals as necessary Document all clinical services accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Participate in quality management activities including credentialing, audits, continuing education, and PCPHSD advisory meetings Required Qualifications Current and active Arizona Nurse Practitioner license (Arizona State Board of Nursing) Current CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross) Experience in reproductive health, women's health, or public health settings preferred Proficiency in EHR documentation Strong communication and patient education skills Required Documents at Time of Application Copy of active Arizona State Board of Nursing NP license Proof of current CPR certification Resume or Curriculum Vitae (CV) HEP B and MMR Verifications TB skin test, blood test or chest X-Ray from the last twelve (12) months Front and back copy of fingerprint clearance card Comprehensive seven (7) year criminal background check 3 letters of reference Any additional applicable professional certifications or licenses
Pay:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour
