Full-Time / Part-Time About Us We are a high-enrolling clinical research site conducting Phase II-IV trials across multiple therapeutic areas including vaccines, cardiometabolic, respiratory, and women's health. Our team is dedicated to advancing medicine while providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support clinical trials as a Sub-Investigator. This role involves direct patient care, protocol execution, and collaboration with investigators, sponsors, and study coordinators. Key Responsibilities Serve as a Sub-Investigator on clinical trials under PI supervision Conduct physical exams, medical histories, and eligibility assessments Perform study-related procedures (e.g., phlebotomy, ECGs, injections) Assess and manage adverse events and ensure patient safety Review and interpret lab results and diagnostic data Ensure compliance with GCP , FDA, and protocol requirements Support subject recruitment, screening, and retention efforts Collaborate with coordinators, sponsors, and CROs during monitoring visits Qualifications Active Nurse Practitioner license (state-specific) Board certification (FNP, AGNP, or similar) Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines Experience in clinical trials (as Sub-I or study clinician) is a plus Proficiency in EMR systems and clinical documentation Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Experience Prior experience in clinical research (Phase II-IV trials) Background in phlebotomy, vaccines, or outpatient clinical settings Familiarity with EDC systems and protocol-driven workflows Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based incentives (e.g., per-subject or enrollment bonuses) Flexible scheduling options Opportunity for growth into leadership roles (e.g., Lead Sub-I, Medical Director track) Why Join Us High study volume with strong sponsor relationships Opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge therapies Supportive, experienced research team Growth potential in clinical research leadership
