Elite Integrative Group is a fully functioning Holistic primary care practice with a holistic approach to patients health. The ideal candidate should poses a strong desire for high quality care, have outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude to work as a team. We are seeking a passionate and experienced provider who is grounded in traditional medicine approach to patient care . A practitioner who is open-minded and is very well versed in bio-identical hormonal replacement therapies, nutritional IV therapies, Ozone IV, Holistic Care, and much more. A provider who is eager to grow with the practice and make our practice their permanent place of work. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Assume all responsibilities as a Nurse Practitioner in diagnosing and treating patients of all ages for acute and chronic conditions;
  • Evaluate patients and provide appropriate medical treatment for various illnesses and injuries;
  • Diagnose, prescribe and administer medications in accordance with state and federal statutes;
Skills:
  • Professional Clinician
  • Educator both towards patients and staff
  • Motivational and Driven Requirements:
  • Current and unrestricted AZ Advanced Nurse Practitioner license
  • Experience in family/primary care medicine
  • Experience working in a private primary care practices
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as FNP
  • Experience with Tebra EHR is preferred
  • Experience in preventative/wellness services is preferred Compensation will depend on years of experience, additional skills, level of dedication among other factors.
