Banner Health is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our primary care team at Banner Health Center plus in Glendale, AZ. This is an opportunity to work with a collaborative, integrated team in a modern health center serving the growing West Valley community - where you'll provide full-lifespan primary care alongside specialists, imaging, and pharmacy all under one roof. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 1 year of post-training experience in primary care or a similar setting required National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) required Current Arizona NP License or ability to obtain prior to start date Current prescribing privileges, including a DEA license for controlled substances CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications required Experience with Epic Electronic Health Record preferred Commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits $120,000 - $145,000 base salary plus wRVU incentives $5,000 Sign-on Bonus Annual performance bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision and pharmacy plans Paid time off, including CME Benefits eligibility within 30 days Career advancement opportunities A focus on provider well-being and work-life balance Retirement plan with employer contributions Employee discount programs PSLF eligibility Why Banner Health?
