Your Role as a Nurse Practitioner As a Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including: Preventive care & health promotion Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions Patient education and community-focused care Coordination and referrals as needed You'll work with autonomy and purpose , supported by a collaborative care team that shares your passion for serving others.
