Job Description

Overview Join our dedicated outpatient Pulmonology team in Kingman, Arizona as a Nurse Practitioner playing a critical role in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients with complex respiratory and pulmonary conditions. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history, physical exams, and symptom review Order, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests including pulmonary function tests, spirometry, chest imaging, labs, and arterial blood gases Develop and manage individualized care plans for acute and chronic pulmonary conditions including asthma, COPD, pulmonary hypertension, interstitial lung disease, and post-COVID respiratory issues Prescribe medications and therapies including bronchodilators, inhaled therapies, and oxygen therapy within scope of practice Collaborate with pulmonologists and the multidisciplinary care team for coordinated patient management Educate patients and families on disease processes, medication management, smoking cessation, and chronic lung disease self-management Manage follow-up care, monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and coordinate specialist referrals Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR Why This Role Stands Out Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package Health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off included Continuing education and professional development opportunities Outpatient-only setting — collaborative, supportive pulmonology team Meaningful specialty care in a growing Arizona community Kingman offers mild climate, mountain scenery, and year-round outdoor adventure Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health insurance Retirement plan Paid time off Continuing education support Qualifications Active, unrestricted NP license in Arizona required FNP national certification required Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program required Current BLS certification required Pulmonology or respiratory care experience preferred This is an outstanding opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner ready to specialize in pulmonary care, grow within a supportive multidisciplinary team, and enjoy an exceptional quality of life in one of Arizona's most scenic communities.
