Full-Time Join Our Dynamic Team! We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our urgent care team in Kingman, Arizona. If you are passionate about providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of urgent medical conditions. Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as needed. Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Educate patients and their families on health management and preventive care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to established protocols.Qualifications:
Master's degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Studies. Current Arizona FNP or PA licensure and certification. Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred. Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Physician Assistant must be certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)What We Offer:
