Compensation:
$127K - $135K per year

Full-Time | Flexible options; choose between five 8-hour shifts or four 10-hour shifts | No weekends A community-based healthcare organization is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Practitioner to join an integrated, multidisciplinary care team. This role offers a balance of direct patient care and clinical leadership within a mission-driven outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage an average daily volume of 17-21 patients (depending on shift length), performing physical exams, diagnosing acute/chronic conditions, and developing treatment plans. Collaborate daily with on-site Physicians and specialists (Dental, BH) to ensure a holistic approach to patient wellness. Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with quality and productivity metrics.
Patient Advocacy:
Utilize bilingual skills to provide culturally competent care and education to Spanish-speaking patients and their families. 
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing program. Current, valid NP license in good standing. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English is required. Comfortable working in a high-volume, collaborative outpatient setting. Experience in a community-based or group practice setting preferred
