Job Description

Job Summary We were voted the West Valley's #1 Pain Management Practice in 2024, 2025, and 2026 by Community Choice Awards. We are a small, family-oriented interventional pain management practice offering the full spectrum of interventional pain management options to our patients. We are seeking a dedicated and outgoing Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our growing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pain management and spine surgery/care, with the ability to provide high-quality and efficient patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients while collaborating with your supervising physician to ensure optimal patient outcomes. We have two locations but your position will be primarily based in the Peoria location although some coverage of the paradise valley location (Tatum and Shea) will be needed from time to time.
Responsibilities Benefits:
Full-time salaried position $115k-$140k based on experience.
Work hours:
7:30 am- 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. No weekends. No holidays. 3 weeks PTO in your first year (sick and vacation) in addition to 8 paid holidays. Health/dental insurance benefits. Paid CME. Paid malpractice. Easy at-home "phone" call schedule shared with the physician. Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations of patients in order to diagnose and help manage acute and chronic pain syndromes. See on average 25 patients per day Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices. Provide education to patients regarding results of diagnostic tests (xrays, MRIs, CT, EMGs ect). Perform coding for medical records using ICD-10 standards to ensure accurate documentation. Prepares electronic prescriptions for drugs and controlled substances appropriate per clinic policies. Collaborate with physician as needed. Provides monitoring and continuity of care between physician visits. Utilize E-clinical works electronic health record systems for documentation and patient management. Participate in procedures as needed/qualified, including joint injections, botox administration, and Trigger point injections. Qualifications Master's degree in Nursing or a related field from an accredited program preferred. Current Nurse Practitioner/PA certification with a valid state license to practice. Active DEA license Active
BLS/ACLS
certification Experience in spine care and pain management mandatory. Proficiency in specialty-specific medical coding (ICD-10) is desirable but not mandatory. Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly E-Clinical Works, is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient-centered and efficient care in a fast-paced environment.
