Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Primary Care Priority Family Medical Clinic | Prescott, Az Priority Family Medical Clinic is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our growing primary care team. We are a patient-focused clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated provider who values continuity of care, manageable patient volumes, and a strong work-life balance—with potential for long-term growth within the practice.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan (infants through older adults) Perform thorough health assessments, including physical exams and medical histories Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications and order/interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and disease management Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) Stay current with evidence-based guidelines and best practices in primary care
Qualifications:
Active, unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona Master's degree in Nursing (FNP specialization required) Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner (no new graduates) Must have primary care experience Comfortable with procedures such as IV insertion and medication administration Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills
