Job Description

Provide and manage comprehensive adult primary and specialty care for patients in Sierra Vista, AZ. Deliver evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up, care coordination, and patient education within scope of practice and organizational protocols. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team, maintain accurate medical records, and participate in quality improvement and compliance activities. Compensation Up to $144,000 annually
